Amy Moody

Amy Moody is currently an advisor at PeopleTech Partners. Amy was previously with Catalant Technologies as SVP People from February 2020 to May 2022. Prior to Catalant, they served as Head of Talent at Redpoint Ventures from August 2014 to January 2020 where they were the first head of talent and built the talent function. Amy has also been a co-creator of OpenRec, an annual talent leadership conference (co-leader/organizer 2016-2019). OpenRec was centered around thought leadership and knowledge sharing among 200+ leaders in the startup talent community. Other previous positions include Director of Talent Acquisition at Chegg Inc. from January 2012 to August 2014 and Senior Manager, HR & Recruiting at Ning Interactive Inc. from February 2008 to January 2012.

Amy Moody's educational career includes a Bachelor's Degree in Sociology from Salem State University, as well as three certifications from the Josh Bersin Academy in Performance Management Reimagined, People as Competitive Advantage, and The Strategic HR Business Partner.

They are on a team with Matt Hoffman - New York City Advisor Network Lead, Bob Lehto - Advisor, and Richard Fye - Advisor. Amy Moody reports to Cara Brennan Allamano, Founding Partner.
