Cat Hernandez is a Partner at The Venture Collective (TVC), where they have worked for the past two years. Prior to that, they were a Fund Advisor at W Fund and ADP Ventures, and an Advisor at Realworld. Cat is also a Founding Member of Kindred and Chief, and has been a Mentor at Techstars for the past three years. Cat Hernandez has an MBA from The College of Saint Rose and a BBA from the University of Minnesota Duluth. Cat also has a certification in Organizational Behavior Management from Harvard Extension School and is a Professional in Human Resources from the HR Certification Institute - HRCI.
