Claudia Fulga

Claudia Fulga is a certified executive, leadership, and career coach with extensive experience in people operations and leadership development. Currently operating their own coaching practice since January 2015, Claudia also serves as a tech start-up advisor at PeopleTech Partners. Claudia has held significant roles as the Senior Vice President of People Operations & Leadership Development at both Iron Ox and Fivestars by SumUp, contributing to the latter's acquisition by SumUp. As a co-founder of HR 2.0, Claudia has fostered a networking and advising group for progressive People Operations professionals. Claudia's academic background includes a certification in Strategic HR Management & Executive Leadership from Cornell University, an MS in HR Management from Golden Gate University, and a BA in English from the University of Michigan. Currently, Claudia is pursuing accreditation with the International Coaching Federation (ICF).
