Dave Carhart

Dave Carhart is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in people strategy and operations. Currently serving as a Partner at People Catalysts, Dave has previously held significant roles, including VP of People and VP of People Strategy Group at Lattice, where Dave also contributed as a People Strategy Advisor. Additional experience includes serving as SF Community Lead at PeopleTech Enterprise and VP of Strategy & Operations at StartupExperts. Dave's advisory expertise has also been utilized at PeopleTech Partners. Dave holds an MBA in Strategic Operations from Cornell Johnson Graduate School of Management and a MILR in Human Resources from Cornell University ILR School, both earned between 2009 and 2011.
