Greg Russell is currently the Head of Talent Acquisition at Heirloom. Prior to this role, Greg has served as a Strategic Advisor at PeopleTech Partners and Searchlight.ai. Greg was also a Strategic Talent and People Advisor at Lumen Energy. Greg has experience as the Head of People and Talent at Snapdocs, as well as holding strategic advisory roles at Drafted, Inc and MitchelLake Group. Greg has also worked as a Recruitment Consultant at PopularMedia and as a Sr. Recruitment Consultant at Korn/Ferry Futurestep. Greg has a BA in English and American Studies from the University of Maryland.
