Marta Pinilla Aguilar

Marta Pinilla Aguilar is an experienced human resources professional currently serving as an Advisor for the CPO Community at PeopleTech Partners since April 2024. Marta has held various leadership positions at Airtable since May 2019, including Chief People Officer and Head of Recruiting. Prior to this role, Marta spent over seven years at Box, progressing from Recruiting Coordinator to Director of Recruiting. Marta holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology from the University of California, Berkeley, obtained in 2011.
