Mikaela Kiner

Mikaela Kiner is the founder and CEO of Reverb, a Seattle-based consulting company focused on people operations. Mikaela also serves as an author of Female Firebrands and as an advisor for ClubHealth and PeopleTech Partners. Mikaela is an official member of Forbes Human Resources Council and has held HR leadership positions at Redfin, PopCap Games, Amazon.com, Starbucks, and Microsoft. Mikaela holds a MS in HR Management and a Certificate in OD from The New School.
