Missy Ballew

Missy Ballew is currently the Chief Human Resources Officer at Lookout, CPOHQ Member at CPOHQ, an Advisory Board member at LifeLabs Learning, and an Advisor at PeopleTech Partners. Previously, Missy held various HR leadership roles at HP, including SVP, Global Head of Talent, Learning & Diversity, and VP roles in HR management. Missy also has experience working as a Talent & HR Effectiveness Consultant at Hewitt Associates and in various other consulting and HR roles earlier in their career. Missy holds a MA in Social-Organizational Psychology from Columbia University and a BA in Psychology and Spanish from Louisiana State University.
