Natasha Kehimkar has a diverse work experience in various leadership roles. Natasha is the CEO and Founder of Malida Advisors since 2016. Natasha is also an Investor at J-Ventures Fund since 2021 and a Board Member at Lingo Live since 2020. Natasha has worked as an Advisor at PeopleTech Partners since 2018 and served as a Mentor at First Round Fast Track starting in 2021. Natasha has also provided advisory services to Comparably since 2020. Previously, Natasha held the positions of Chief People Officer and Head of DEI & People Development at Fandom from December 2019 to January 2021. Natasha served as the Chief People Officer at App Annie from 2017 to 2019 and held the role of Vice President, People at Guardant Health from 2015 to 2017. Natasha also worked as the Chief Talent & Culture Officer at Emdeon in 2014.

Natasha Kehimkar holds a Master of Human Resources & Labor Relations degree with a focus on Organization Effectiveness from Michigan State University. Natasha also earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Sociology from McGill University. Additionally, Natasha has a Certificate in Diversity & Inclusion for HR from Cornell University.
