Uli Heitzlhofer

Uli Heitzlhofer currently serves as an Advisor at PeopleTech Partners, beginning in October 2024, focusing on supporting early-stage HR technology companies. Uli holds the position of Head of Learning and Development at Hinge Health since August 2023 and previously held the same role at Lyft from June 2017 to July 2023. At Lyft, responsibilities included overseeing company-wide Talent Management, Learning & Development, and Onboarding, along with an interim lead role in Inclusion and Diversity. Prior to these roles, Uli worked at Google from January 2011 to May 2017 in various positions, including Global People Development Program Manager, Executive Development Program Manager, and Performance Management Specialist, managing key programs across the organization. Uli's early career included positions as an HR Trainee at GEA Group and an HR OD Intern at Heidelberg US. Uli holds a Master's degree in International Business from WU (Vienna University of Economics and Business) and has also studied at The University of Edinburgh and MBS School of Business.
