Harsh Shah

Harsh Shah has worked in the IT and Support Services industry since 1998. In 1998, they founded Spearhead Computing Solutions Pvt Ltd, where they provided information technology services such as developing websites, content development, upgrading software from legacy systems and developing customized software. In 2004, they joined Fidelity Investments as a Project Manager, where they studied, documented, and transitioned projects/processes across business units, developed quality compliance documents and processes for CMMi/ITIL Compliance, and delivered metrics and reporting to Senior Management and Customers. In 2008, they joined Sarcom as an Enterprise Program Manager, where they managed Wareforce's activities and resources, performed gap analysis for ITIL and related processes, and led service improvement projects and activities. In 2009, they joined L-3 Communications as a Sr Manager - IT Operations. In 2012, they joined Aspire Services as a Sr Manager - IT and Support Services. In 2015, they founded PeopleTree Knowledge Services Pvt. Ltd., where they are involved in every aspect of building the organization, from articulating and demonstrating value proposition to ensuring customers are delighted through excellence in delivery.

Harsh Shah obtained a Master of Science in Information Systems Engineering from Cardiff University / Prifysgol Caerdydd in 2003 and a degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Virginia in 1998. Harsh also holds certifications in ITIL v3 and PMI PMP.
