Amy Johnson is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in leadership and innovation within the biotech and consulting sectors. Currently serving as an Entrepreneur in Residence at Albany Medical College's Office of Translational Research, Innovation, and Technology Transfer, Amy supports regional entrepreneurs and clinicians through educational programming and business services. As a Leadership Coach at Celedon LLC, Amy guides start-ups and transitioning companies on strategic planning and team dynamics. In addition, serving as Principal at PeopleWise, Amy has collaborated on talent optimization projects since 2019. With a long-standing role as Practice Manager at Resource PI, Amy employs the Predictive Index assessment tool for behavioral assessments. Previous leadership roles include Director of the Biomedical Acceleration and Commercialization Center and President of Capstone Incorporated. Early in the career, Amy held positions at Executech and Apple Computer. Amy holds a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from Union College.
