Paul Rappa is a seasoned recruitment professional specializing in the pharmaceutical and biotechnology industries. Currently serving as Senior Division Manager for West Coast Contract Recruitment at Meet since January 2022, Paul previously held multiple roles at Real Staffing from August 2017 to December 2021, including Principal Recruitment Consultant and Division Manager, where contributions led to the 2021 Contract Team of the Year recognition in the USA.
