Felicia Whitelow

Felicia Whitelow has been working at Peoria County Government since July 2005 as an IT Office Service Clerk. Beyond their government role, Felicia also serves as a Business Consultant and International Internet Entrepreneur. Additionally, Felicia represents Avon and works at The Throttle Bar & Grill. Prior to these roles, Felicia was a Tax Preparer and Field Coordinator at H&R Block.
