Kelsey Cooper has extensive experience in law enforcement and government administration. Currently serving as a Court Administrator at Peoria County Government since January 2017, Kelsey also holds the position of Administrative Office Specialist. Previously, Kelsey worked as a Jail Clerk at the Tazewell County Sheriff Department, contributing to operations within the correctional system.
