Shannon Baldock has been working at Peoria County Government since March 2014 as a Deputy Traffic/DUI Court Clerk. Prior to this, Shannon was the Owner/Secretary at Ernie's Dairy Dream from October 1999 to December 2013. Shannon attended Manual High School from 1990 to 1994.
