Ryan Winkle

Ryan Winkle is the Safety Director at Peoria Housing Authority and also holds the position of part-time instructor at Illinois Central College. With a background in law enforcement, Ryan has served as a Police Lieutenant in the City of Peoria, Illinois. Additionally, Ryan has a Master's degree in Human Resources Management/Personnel Administration from the University of Illinois Springfield.
