Kadar Heffner

Kadar Heffner has served as the Supervisor of Business Services at Peoria Park District since August 2015, bringing a wealth of experience in financial management. Prior to this role, Kadar worked as an Internal Auditor at MidCountry Financial Corp. from November 2004 to April 2015. Kadar earned a Bachelor's degree in Finance from the University of Phoenix, where studies were completed between 2004 and 2008.
