Kyle Deeter is an experienced professional with a strong background in grant management, advocacy, and administrative support. Currently serving as a Grant Manager for the Peoria Park District since September 2022, Kyle is responsible for developing grant budget proposals, maintaining financial oversight, and coordinating accounting for assigned grant portfolios. Previously, as an Advocate Supervisor at CASA of the Tenth Judicial Circuit from July 2020 to September 2022, Kyle supervised a team of volunteers dedicated to advocating for children within the juvenile court system. Prior administrative experience includes a role as an Administrative Support Specialist at Bradley University, where Kyle managed departmental budgets and improved administrative processes. Kyle holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Sociology from Ohio University, earned in 2014.

The Peoria Park District (formal name: The Pleasure Driveway and Park District of Peoria) was organized in 1894 and was the first park system formed in Illinois.
