Matt Honeysett has a diverse range of work experience spanning over 20 years.

Matt began their career as a Customer Assistant at Co-op in 2003 before transitioning to the role of Warehouse Operative at AAH Pharmaceuticals in 2007.

In 2004, Matt worked as an Information Communication Technology Technician at Battle Road Computers, where they gained valuable computer skills and experience in building, repairing, and upgrading computer systems.

Matt then returned to Co-op as a Supervisor, where they managed cashiers, handled administration, cash management, stock, and staff management. However, they left to pursue an IT role.

In 2007, Matt became a Network Administrator at FAS Capital Limited. Matt possessed a wide range of skills, including hardware and software proficiency, business and website development, and management.

The next phase of Matt's career from 2008 saw him join MEDICA Group Plc. Matt started as a 1st Line Support Engineer, providing support for radiologists, handling technical queries, and managing client work allocation. Matt quickly progressed into roles such as Senior Support Engineer, Service Delivery Lead, and Service Delivery Client Lead. In 2015, they were promoted to Infrastructure Lead, where they were responsible for various aspects of IT infrastructure management, including data centers, networking, virtualization, backup and disaster recovery, system monitoring, patch management, and VDI migration. Matt also gained experience with various technologies and systems like Cisco firewalls and routers, VMware, and Microsoft Exchange.

From 2018 to 2019, Matt worked as a Ramp Agent at DHL Supply Chain, where they ensured safe and timely loading/unloading of aircraft and operated specialized equipment.

Matt then joined Visionable Global in 2019 as an IT Support Engineer. In this role, they managed core business systems and platforms, provided support for Windows, Mac, mobile, and WebRTC platforms, and set up virtual consultations for NHS clients.

Most recently, Matt joined PEP Health in 2023 as an Information Technology Manager. Matt'sresponsibilities include identifying and gathering public-available feedback, utilizing custom algorithms to categorize and score feedback, and providing accurate summaries for patient feedback.

Matt Honeysett studied at Hastings College of Arts & Technologies from 2003 to 2005, where they pursued a BTEC National Diploma for IT Practitioners, which is equivalent to three 'A' levels. Prior to that, from 1998 to 2003, they attended Claverham Community College. At Claverham, they obtained a double award in Science. Matt also earned GCSEs in various subjects, including Information Technology, Music, English Literature, History, English, Mathematics, and Spanish.

In addition to their formal education, Matt has obtained several certifications. In 2018, they completed the GSAT (General Security Awareness Training) program offered by Butterfly Training. In 2020, they earned certifications in Introduction to AWS from New Skills Academy (part of BE-A Education Ltd) and Become a CompTIA A+ Certified Technician, Prepare for the CCNA Routing and Switching Certification, Windows 10: Advanced Troubleshooting for IT Support, and Windows Server 2019: Install and Configure Active Directory from LinkedIn.
