Jillian Lushman

Jillian Lushman is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in strategic sourcing, governance, and account management within the marketing services sector, currently serving as the Sourcing Lead at pep, LLC. since July 2009. In this role, Jillian manages over 50 supplier relationships, develops sourcing strategies, and negotiates contracts, while also ensuring client policy compliance and privacy risk assessment as the Global Governance & Privacy Lead. Jillian's career progression includes various roles at pep, such as Senior Account Executive and Account Coordinator, where expertise in project management and team leadership for Procter & Gamble accounts was developed. Previous experience includes internships at DePauw University, Jostens, Eliran Murphy Group, and a leadership position as Vice President of Communications for the Alpha Chi Omega Fraternity. Jillian holds a Bachelor of Arts from DePauw University and participated in a study abroad program at The University of Auckland.
