Katie Deacon

Katie Deacon currently serves as a Connections Manager at VMLY&R since September 2022, previously holding the position of Associate Connections Manager. Prior experience includes a Digital Media Intern role at GE Aviation during the summer of 2021, where contributions were made to company media and communication techniques. Additionally, Katie worked as a Personal Caregiver for a family in 2020, focusing on key communication and management skills during the COVID-19 pandemic, and as a Sales Associate at Madewell in 2019, achieving personal sales targets through customer engagement. Education includes a Bachelor of Arts degree with a double major in Strategic Communication and Professional Writing from Miami University, complemented by studies at The University of Alabama and Cincinnati Country Day School.
