Melissa van Zyl

Melissa van Zyl is a seasoned professional in the field of Industrial and Organizational Psychology, currently serving as a Senior Organisational Development Practitioner at PEP since February 2015. Melissa has progressed through various roles at PEP, including Organisational Development Practitioner, Training and Development Practitioner specializing in E-Learning, and Training and Development Practitioner. Prior to this, Melissa gained valuable experience as an Industrial Psychologist Intern and Graduate Intern. Earlier experience includes a Psychometrist Intern role at the Western Cape Education Department, where responsibilities involved administering and scoring intelligence tests to support the placement of children in special needs schools. Melissa holds a Master’s degree, an Honours degree, and a Bachelor's degree in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from Stellenbosch University, completed between 2010 and 2015.
