Piotr Ziętara has had extensive work experience in various roles and industries.
Piotr began their career as a business owner of CocktailShow Bartender Service in 2009. Piotr also participated in organizations such as Youth Business International and Academic Business Incubators during this time.
In 2012, Piotr worked as an intern at Global Credit and Collection at Agilent Technologies and later as an intern and consultant at Bax & Willems Consulting Venturing, where they helped define and facilitate open innovation strategies for various clients.
In 2015, Piotr joined Poland Sotheby's International Realty as a Junior Property Advisor, gaining experience in the real estate industry.
From 2013 to the present, Piotr has been involved in several venturing projects as a freelancer, focusing on disruptive innovation and business opportunities in developing countries. Some of these projects include Rest. Place, Student Rooms, Technologie w Nieruchomosciach, ErasLife, Findalocalteacher, PrintYourLife, PrintYourCase, SzynyRelaksacyjne, SzynyWybielajce, and PePeCompany.
Since 2020, Piotr has been a partner at System Obsługi Najmu, a leading property management system in the Polish market that supports rental processes.
Most recently, in 2021, Piotr became the Director of Development at Nowa Deweloper, where they are responsible for the organizational structure and development of the real estate residential developer, NowaDeweloper.pl. Piotr seeks out land and residential projects of size 5,000 - 30,000 sqm.
Throughout their career, Piotr has demonstrated a diverse skill set and a strong commitment to various industries, particularly in real estate, innovation, and business development.
Piotr Ziętara completed their education with a Bachelor's degree in Economics from the University of Warsaw from 2008 to 2011. Piotr then pursued a Master's degree in Finance from the Universitat Autònoma de Barcelona from 2011 to 2012. Additionally, they participated in the Erasmus program at the University of Groningen for Business Management and Economics from 2010 to 2011.
