Charles Nzimande

Charles Nzimande serves as the Head of Salesforce CoE at Pepkor Holdings Limited since July 2019, focusing on driving adoption and governance of Salesforce's Data Cloud and Marketing Cloud. Prior roles include Digital Platforms Strategist at Old Mutual Limited and Head of Leads & Campaign Management at Pepkor IT, where strategic input and the establishment of digital KPIs were pivotal in enhancing client performance. With extensive experience at Clicks2Customers in various roles, including Account Director, Account Manager, and Campaign Manager, Charles excelled in client communications and campaign strategy. Earlier career highlights include mentoring students at Tsiba College, managing affiliate relationships in the e-commerce sector, and holding positions related to customer support and auditing. Charles holds a Bachelor of Laws - LLB from the University of South Africa and completed a certificate program at MIT Sloan Executive Education.
