Yandiswa Zimbini Mgqoboka has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades in different industries. Yandiswa Zimbini started their career in 2000 at Mercedes-Benz South Africa, where they worked as a Demand Planner for seven years. Yandiswa Zimbini then joined Distell as a Receiving Coordinator from 2008 to 2009. From 2009 to 2015, they worked at Eskom Holdings SOC Ltd as a Warehouse Supervisor. In 2016, they joined Vector Logistics as a Depot Controller, a role they held until 2019. Currently, they are employed as an Operations Controller at Pepkor Holdings Limited, a position they have held since September 2019.

Yandiswa Zimbini Mgqoboka completed their Diploma in Supply Chain Management from SAPICS between 2003 and 2007. The degree focused on Logistics, Materials, and Supply Chain Management. Prior to that, between 1999 and 2001, Yandiswa attended Port Elizabeth Technikon, where they obtained a Diploma in Electrical Engineering.
