Aaron Milburn

Aaron Milburn is the CEO of Pepper Advantage UK and also serves as the President Director for Pepper Advantage Indonesia, alongside holding the position of Managing Director for Pepper Advantage Hub since October 2022. Aaron's extensive experience includes board membership roles at Kirburn Global and Bula Outsourcing, both starting in October 2021. Previously, Aaron was the General Manager for Mortgages & Commercial Lending at Pepper Financial Services Group from January 2017 to July 2021 and held various senior roles at Westpac Group, including State General Manager for Westpac & St George in NSW/ACT. Other notable positions include State Manager for Broker Sales at St.George Bank and Head of Broker Distribution at Citi. Aaron's career in finance began at Bankwest, where roles included Head of Commercial Broker Sales and WA State Manager for Broker Sales. Aaron's educational background includes attendance at St Kentigern College and Pakuranga Intermediate.
