Grainne Naughton

Grainne Naughton is an experienced leader in the financial services sector, currently serving as Chief Customer Officer at Pepper Advantage since September 2012, where roles have also included Director of Operations and Shared Services and Head of Residential Mortgages Operations. Prior experience includes significant positions at GE Money Ireland from January 1998 to September 2012, where Grainne led Collections and Recoveries and later managed a mortgage portfolio. Grainne began a career in banking with Wells Fargo as a Commercial Banking Officer from June 1995 to January 1998. Academic qualifications include a Post Graduate Diploma in Business Studies and a degree in Arts with a focus on Economics from the University of Galway.
