Karen Baptista

Karen Baptista is a skilled professional with a diverse background in banking and community management. Currently serving as a Mortgage Servicing Specialist at Pepper Advantage since November 2022, Karen previously held multiple roles at Metro Bank (UK) from August 2020 to November 2022, including Expert Personal, Business and Commercial Banker, Multi-Skilled Professional Banker, and Professional Banker. Prior to that, Karen was a Community Manager at 91springboard, where responsibilities included fostering connections among entrepreneurs, managing social media, overseeing member relations, and leading events.
