Eden Sium is an experienced professional in the banking and technology sectors, currently serving as a Product Manager at Pepper since January 2019, with a background that includes roles as Technical Support Team Lead and Project Manager. Prior experience includes acting as Senior Technical Support at Bank Leumi from January to December 2018, where responsibilities encompassed providing multi-level support and overseeing bank products. Eden also contributed as a Quality Assurance Engineer at Matrix from August 2016 to January 2018, focusing on testing during the launch of Pepper banking. Earlier military experience in the Israel Defense Forces from August 2014 to August 2016 involved quality assurance within the ICT department, including training new testers. Currently pursuing education at The Open University of Israel, Eden has also undertaken studies at Ness College and IITC College.
