Maya Carmon has extensive work experience in the banking and financial industry, with notable roles including Chief People Officer at Pepper (Banking), Fintech Mentor at Rise (created by Barclays), Head of Innovation at Bank Leumi, and VP of HR at IMA Financial Group, Inc. Maya also has experience in organizational development consulting and research, having worked as a Manager of Organizational Development Consultant at IDF and as an Organizational Development Consultant at Discount Bank. Additionally, Maya has provided consulting services through their own company, Maya Carmon-Bulocinic Consulting.
Maya Carmon completed their Bachelor of Arts degree in the Faculty of Social Sciences, Department of Sociology and Anthropology & Human Resources from the University of Haifa from 1999 to 2002. Maya then pursued a Master of Arts degree in the Faculty of Social Sciences, specializing in Labour Studies, from Tel Aviv University between 2002 and 2004. In 2016, Maya began their Bachelor of Arts program in Psychology at Tel Aviv University, and their studies in this field are currently ongoing.
