Ananya Chauhan

Ananya Chauhan is a seasoned HR professional with a strong background in Human Resources Management, currently serving at Pepper Content since February 2024. Previously, Ananya worked at The/Nudge Institute from August 2022 to February 2024, where contributions included strategic HR planning aligned with business objectives and collaboration with senior management on key initiatives. Ananya's experience also encompasses a role at TGT Group of Social Ventures from January 2020 to July 2022, overseeing comprehensive HRM operations and developing performance management systems. Ananya began the career with an internship at NABARD in 2018. Ananya holds an MBA in AgriBusiness Management and a BS from Aligarh Muslim University, complemented by an intermediate degree from Wisdom Public School.
