Lindsey Carroll

Lindsey Carroll has a diverse work experience spanning various roles in the technology and security industries. Lindsey is currently working as a Product Manager, Partner at Pepper, starting in March 2023. Prior to that, they were a Business Analyst, Embedded Systems at Pepper from April 2022 to March 2023, where they supported the design and implementation of new IoT devices and facilitated embedded roadmap planning.

Before joining Pepper, Lindsey worked at Brinks Home from May 2021 to April 2022 as a Manager, Product Research & Analytics, where they identified and integrated device data for lifecycle analyses and conducted industry research for new home security features. Lindsey also held the position of Senior Product Analyst at Brinks Home from January 2018 to April 2021, where they developed product metrics, provided cost-to-serve savings analyses, and conducted qualitative industry research.

Prior to Brinks Home, Lindsey worked at LiveWatch Security, starting as an Operations Scheduling Manager from January 2015 to December 2016, where they managed the effectiveness of business strategies and provided hands-on leadership. Lindsey then served as an Operations Workforce Manager from January 2016 to December 2017 at LiveWatch Security, where they managed a team of technicians and implemented strategic solutions to improve metrics.

Throughout their career, Lindsey has demonstrated strong analytical and leadership skills in driving business outcomes and contributing to strategic decision-making.

Lindsey Carroll attended The University of Kansas from 2008 to 2012, where they studied Industrial Design. Prior to that, they attended St. Mary's College from 2002 to 2004, focusing on Liberal Arts Studies. Lindsey also obtained several certifications, including Data Science with SQL and Tableau from Cornell University in June 2021, Workforce Management Certification from the Society of Workforce Planning Professionals in April 2017, Certified Scrum Product Owner® (CSPO®) from the Scrum Alliance in July 2021, and CrossFit Level 1 Certification from CrossFit, Inc. in March 2018.
