Morgan Anderson has worked in the software industry since 2013. Morgan began their career as a Business Analyst at DST Systems in 2013. In 2015, they moved to the National Association of Insurance Commissioners (NAIC) as a Software QA Engineer. In 2016, Morgan joined Netsmart as a Software Quality Assurance Engineer. In 2018, they began working at BlueScope Buildings North America, Inc. as a Scrum Master, Software Quality Assurance Lead, and Software QA Analyst. In 2021, Morgan joined Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Kansas City as a Scrum Master. Currently, they are a Project Delivery Manager/ Lead Scrum Master at Pepper.
