Krish Tikaram

Krish Tikaram has over two decades of experience in the financial and telecommunications sectors, predominantly with Pepper Money ANZ since January 2012, where roles include Product Owner, Telephony Services Analyst, Operations Change and Support Analyst, Performance and Reporting Analyst, Team Leader, and Senior Contact Centre Officer. Prior experience includes a decade at GE Capital as a Subject Matter Expert focusing on lead generation and customer service, and earlier, roles at Wizard Home Loans as a Senior Lead Generation Officer. Krish holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology from Western Sydney University and has obtained multiple ITIL certifications, along with certificates in Front Line Management and Financial Services.
