Liz Wells currently serves as Senior Manager of Data and Analytics at Pepper Money ANZ since January 2022, following a progressive career at Commonwealth Bank from February 2017 to January 2022, where various roles included Product Manager for Customer Retention and Customer Experience Strategy. Liz's experience encompasses defining and optimizing retention strategies, improving customer experience throughout the home buying journey, and managing projects that support customer insights and data-driven decision-making. Academically, Liz holds a Bachelor's degree in Accounting from the University of Technology Sydney and is a Chartered Accountant, having completed studies with Chartered Accountants Australia and New Zealand. Prior experiences include internships in finance at Commonwealth Bank and Lendlease, and a leadership role in academic support programs at UTS.
