Matthew Penfold

Matthew Penfold has a wide range of experience in asset finance collections, having worked at Pepper Money ANZ since May 2017. Matthew is a team leader in this role and has also been recognized as a top performer within the company. In addition to their primary responsibilities, Matthew also serves as the Pepper Money DE&I Team Co-Lead and Global Committee Member. Prior to their current role, Matthew worked at Woolworths Supermarkets as an Overnight Stocker, where Matthew handled stock replenishment and worked in the chiller and freezer sections. Before that, Matthew was a crew member at McDonald's, where Matthew worked in various customer service areas.
