Merril Betham

Merril Betham currently serves as an Operations Change Analyst at Pepper Financial Services Group, focusing on operations improvement within the home loan mortgage sector since August 2018. Prior to this role, Merril accumulated extensive experience at AMP from 1991 to 2008 in various capacities, including Senior Business Systems Analyst and Business Systems Analyst. Earlier experience includes a position as a Business Systems Analyst at Legal & General from 1986 to 1989. Merril holds a Diploma in Financial Markets from the Securities Institute of Australia, earned between 1995 and 1999, and completed education at Bomaderry High School and Mulwaree High School in the early 1980s.
