Abhishek Kothari

Abhishek Kothari has a diverse work experience in various roles and industries. Abhishek is currently serving as the Chief Executive Officer at Pepper Money India since August 2022. Prior to that, they worked as a Co-Founder at FlexiLoans.com, where they played a crucial role in establishing a digital lending platform for small and medium enterprises in India. Abhishek also served as the Vice President at Fractal Analytics and held the position of VP, Head of Insights (Digital Marketplace) at Barclaycard, where they led the insights team for their digital marketplace venture in the UK. Abhishek has also worked as an Engagement Manager at EXL, where they managed projects and worked on business development activities. Abhishek gained experience in analytics consulting and project management. Earlier in their career, Abhishek served as a Senior Manager at Inductis and a Senior Business Analyst at Dell, where they provided analytical support and designed marketing campaigns. Abhishek also founded Join My Moment, an invite management platform for events, and worked as a Business Analyst at Modelytics India Pvt. Ltd., where they developed customer retention and acquisition strategies for credit card and mortgage banks.

Abhishek Kothari completed their B.Tech in Electrical Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology, Bombay from 2001 to 2005. Abhishek then pursued an MBA in Strategy and Marketing from the Indian School of Business from 2008 to 2009. Prior to that, they attended St. Pauls Sen Sec School from 1989 to 1999, where they studied science.
