Phil Green

Phil Green has a diverse work experience in marketing and management roles. Phil is currently the Marketing Director at Pepper Money UK, where they have held various positions since 2019. Prior to that, Phil worked at Aldermore Bank PLC as the Acquisition Marketing Manager - Mortgages and Marketing Manager - Mortgages. Phil also worked at Payzone UK as the Direct Marketing Manager - General Retail. Phil's earlier experience includes roles at C.P. Davidson & Sons Ltd, the National Blood and Transplant Service, CXL, and Roefield Gym. Throughout their career, Phil has been involved in developing and implementing successful marketing strategies, managing budgets, and leading teams.

Phil Green obtained a BA Hons degree in Advertising and Marketing Communications from the University of Central Lancashire from 2006 to 2009. Phil also has several additional certifications including Finance for Non-Finance Directors from the Institute of Directors (IoD) obtained in April 2023, Aspiring Directors Program from the Institute of Directors (IoD) obtained in December 2022, Marketing Society - Leadership Masterclass from The Marketing Society obtained in July 2022, Squared Online from Squared Online obtained in May 2017, and Marketing Society - Ones to Watch Program from The Marketing Society obtained in 2016.
