Pepper Moth is an organisational culture coach. We help tech scale-ups and growth businesses turn culture into their greatest competitive advantage.

•	Culture is a practice, not a project. Expensive, one-off, complicated change projects are normally painful, slow, and out of date by the time they launch.
•	Culture is a specialism, not a generalism. Overloaded HR teams need specialist support, guidance and tools to navigate complex social and behavioural dynamics
•	Culture is emotional, not rational. People are not machines that can be programmed to collaborate or go the extra mile. Top-down repetition and prescriptive processes don’t work
•	Culture is intrinsic, not cosmetic. PR stunts, corporate virtue signalling and story 'placement' comes across as fabricated, corny and more than a little cringe-worthy.

We do it differently.

•	We coach leaders to become culture experts themselves, enabling their (and their company’s) long-term success.
•	We supply tried and tested models, methodologies and tools that simplify and codify culture, making it easy to change, nurture and evolve
•	We measure and track the commercial impact of culture change, enabling better conversations, and better decisions, about people
•	We co-create solutions, combining the best of your teams with our deep knowledge to create solutions that work in harmony with your business that employees want to own and succeed.
