Adriana Rinaldi

Adriana Rinaldi has worked in various roles since 2012. Adriana started their career as an Auditor at EY in 2012. In 2014, they joined B2W Digital as a Category Analyst Assistant and later became a Category Analyst, managing a budget of $10 million. In 2017, they moved to Booking.com as a CS Guest Specialist and won the WOW award in 2019 for exceeding KPI expectations. In 2020, they joined Saputo Inc. as an Associate, Sales Analyst and also worked as a Research Assistant and Teaching Assistant at the Ted Rogers School of Management at Ryerson University. Currently, they are working as a Sales Operations Manager and Sales Operations at Pepperdata. In their role, they are responsible for interacting with the sales leadership and team to perform operational and administrative functions, as well as creating reports and dashboards to track and present sales metrics.

Adriana Rinaldi has a Master of Business Administration from the Ted Rogers School of Management at Toronto Metropolitan University, which they obtained in 2020. Adriana also holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from PUC Minas, which they obtained in 2012. In addition, they have obtained certifications in Salesforce Certified Administrator (SCA) from Salesforce in 2022, Power BI from Ted Rogers Bootcamps in 2020, Power of Excel from Ted Rogers Bootcamp in 2020, Tableau from Ted Rogers Bootcamp in 2020, and TOEIC from TOEIC® Program in 2014.
