Associate Professor Of Journalism And Religion At Pepperdine University

Christina Littlefield serves as an Associate Professor of Journalism and Religion at Pepperdine University, a position held since August 2012, after beginning as an Assistant Professor in the same field. Prior to this, Christina gained practical experience as a Breaking News Desk Reporter for the Los Angeles Times during a month-long externship in 2015, covering both local and national news. Christina also contributed as an Adjunct Faculty Instructor at Ridley Hall, Cambridge, from January 2008 to June 2012, teaching courses on diversity, world religions, and applied ethics. Christina’s journalism career began at the Las Vegas Sun, where work as a general assignment reporter transitioned into coverage of higher education and religion from 2003 to 2007. Christina holds a PhD in Divinity from the University of Cambridge, as well as Bachelor's and Master's degrees in Journalism and Religion, respectively, from Pepperdine University.
