J. Goosby Smith

Jaye Goosby Smith is an experienced academic and consultant in the fields of management and organizational behavior. Currently serving as an Associate Professor at Pepperdine University since August 2011, Jaye also operates DLPA Consulting, Inc., which has been active since January 2007, focusing on diversity and inclusion education, small group dynamics, and program design. Previous academic roles include Associate Professor of Management at California State University Channel Islands and Assistant Professor at Butler University. Jaye has held consulting positions, including Owner and Principal Consultant at D.L. Plummer & Associates.
