Michelle Lipton is an experienced legal professional and educator, currently serving as a Deputy District Attorney at the Orange County District Attorney's Office since May 2014, where responsibilities include prosecuting Major Fraud cases and managing motions and preliminary hearings. In addition to legal practice, Michelle has been an Adjunct Professor at Woodbury University since January 2003, teaching courses in Ethics, Conflict Resolution, and Business Law. Previously, Michelle held the position of Senior Corporations Counsel at the Department of Corporations from July 1997 to May 2014, focusing on enforcing California Securities Law and investigating legal violations. Additionally, Michelle was an Adjunct Professor at FIDM from 2009 to 2011, teaching Business Law and Business Ethics, and received nominations for an Outstanding Faculty award from students.
