Paul Sparks

Paul Sparks has extensive experience in the field of educational technology, currently serving as the Director of the Ed.D. Program in Learning Technologies and Professor at Pepperdine University since 1999. Prior to this role, Paul served as the Director of Education at Epoch Networks from 1993 to 1996 and worked as a Learning Technology Specialist at Rockwell International for nearly a decade, from 1984 to 1993. Paul earned a Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) in Educational Psychology from the University of Southern California, completed between 1988 and 1996.
