Petra Rickertsen currently serves as an Executive Assistant in the Vice Provost's Office at Pepperdine University, where responsibilities include managing research initiatives aligned with the University's strategic plan, budget oversight, and organizing academic conferences and events. Prior experience includes roles as Networks Manager and Coordinator of Network Engagement at the Evangelical Lutheran Church in America, where Petra facilitated collaboration among national leaders, managed fundraising platforms, and developed communication strategies. Other notable positions include Advancement Assistant and Intern at Fit 4 The Cause, alongside various administrative roles within nonprofit organizations.
