Yas Hardaway

Yas (Djadali) Hardaway, NCC, CCC, serves as the Executive Director of Career Services at Pepperdine University Graduate School of Education and Psychology since July 2010, having been promoted twice within four years. In addition, Yas has been an Adjunct Faculty member since 2012, teaching Career Development Theories & Techniques, and was invited to design a new online version of the course for the school’s first fully online psychology program. With extensive experience as a Certified Career Counselor since June 2008 through Insight Careers, Yas provides virtual coaching across various demographics. Previous roles include career counseling positions and instructional roles at Loyola Marymount University, University of California, Irvine, and Florida State University. Yas holds a Master of Science and Education Specialist dual degree from Florida State University and a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology from the University of Kentucky.
