Mieke Kooyman

Mieke Kooyman is the HR Manager for Belgium, France, and The Netherlands at Pepperl+Fuchs, a leader in sensors and automation components. Mieke has been with the company since 1996 and is responsible for recruitment, payroll, and various HR projects across the three countries. Prior to this role, Mieke held positions such as Researcher in the Division of Applied Economics at the University of Antwerp and Office Manager at Flex Interim. Mieke's educational background includes a Master's degree in Social Sciences from Katholieke Universiteit Leuven, along with various certifications in HR management and commercial training.
