Amar Gharge

Amar Gharge is a seasoned engineer currently serving as a Senior Product Engineer at Peppermint Robotics since April 2021, specializing in product management and intellectual property rights (IPR) which includes new product development, product improvement, and compliance certification. Previously, Amar held the role of Senior Engineer focused on product compliance, achieving certification for India's first industrial autonomous scrubber dryer robot. Experience includes deployment engineering at Aubotz Labs Pvt Ltd, where the first generation of Peppermint robots was introduced across various industries. Additionally, Amar worked as a Research Engineer at Nimbkar Agricultural Research Institute, contributing to a project on mechanized sweet sorghum syrup production. Earlier roles include positions at Bharat Petroleum Corporation Limited and Industrial Metal Test Lab, where skills in project management and material testing were developed. Amar holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Mechanical Engineering from Dr. D. Y. Patil School of Engineering Academy.
